2. Payment for Rental Services: Customers who use our services for renting real estate properties are required to pay a 10% commission fee based on the total rental value for the duration of the rental agreement. This fee is payable upon the signing of the rental agreement.
3. Refund Policy: In the event that a transaction does not complete due to circumstances beyond our control, such as the property being withdrawn from the market or the buyer or seller backing out of the deal, we will refund any commission fees paid by the customer.
4. Confidentiality: We will keep all customer information confidential and will not share any personal or transaction-related details with third parties without the customer's explicit consent.
5. Liability: We are not liable for any losses, damages, or costs incurred by the customer as a result of using our services, including but not limited to financial losses or damages to the property.
6. Dispute Resolution: In the event of any dispute between the customer and us, we will make every effort to resolve the matter in a fair and reasonable manner. If a satisfactory resolution cannot be reached, the matter will be referred to an independent mediator or arbitrator for resolution.
7. Governing Law: These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which our services are provided.
8. Changes to Terms and Conditions: We reserve the right to make changes to these terms and conditions at any time. Any such changes will be communicated to customers in advance.
